I have gone over the list of materials, eliminating those items which I felt should not be charged to the Job, such as freight on valves exchanged, sandblasting valves, time used in obtaining materials, and any other items not properly supported by receipted bills, and have reduced the detail to $16,875.14, material and labor. Of this amount, #14,650 will be refunded as payment in full, after 100 houses are completed.
