I agree.I*aa Vegas - August 19, 1938 1 18-6^3 Mr. Lee Scott, Secretary, Publfo Service Commission of Mevacla Carson City, Nevada Dear Lee: For a nuratocr of years we hove been furnishing to our auditor1® office, figures for compilation of the annual report of water utilities to the Public Service Commission Nevada. of the State of Th-are is some question in my mind as to whether all of the water produced should be included in this report or only that portion available to the Las Vegas Land and later Company. These facilities are jointly owned by the railroad and later Companies respectively, but inasmuch as the report is rendered on behalf of the Water Company only it was my thought that only the portion available to the Water Company should be considered for the purpose of this report.
