I agree.Los Angeles - June 18, 1954 174-2 Mr, A, D. Hanson: (cc - Mr. V. ¥. Smith Mr. L. R. Maag ) ' Referring to Mr. Jurden’s letter to me of June 15th, his file W.0.5294, in connection with diversion of 1.1 c.f.s. of water to the existing shop well and 1.4 c.f.s. of water to the proposed new shop well: We have decided to divert the entire 2.5 c.f.s. of water from well No, 1 to the present shop well, and have a permit so to do from the State Engineer, copy of which was sent to you with copy of my letter of June 17th to Mr. Bongardt. As soon as the formal certificate of appropriation is issued, we will then be in a position to transfer the 1.1 c.f.s. to the new well from the old well. Meanwhile, I presume the definite location of the new well has been determined, and the State Water Right Surveyor employed to make the necessary maps to accompany the application for permit to drill a new well and appropriation of water therefor. w E.
