Irrigation, municipal, and domestic ut*§§ to provide for the conservation of the ground water resources of the Las vegan valley, and to create authority to purchase, acquire, and construct the necessary works to carry out the provi- * slons of this act; to authorise a tax levy for the payment of obligations during the organisational period, and to provide for the issuance of district bonds to be paid solely fro® the operating revenues of such district, (Approved March a?, if iff) The People of the State of Nevada* represented in Senate and Assembly, do enact as follows? SSCTIOK 1. A water district may be created in the Las Vegas vaUey, as hereinafter provided for, objects and purposes? for the followin*g 1, To have perpetual succession, 2.
