Las Vegas, Nevada Dear Mr. Bracken: This is to notify you that your application of April 36, 1943 for approval of a proposed wage adjustment has been granted, effective as of April 16, 1943. This ruling is not to be construed as an approval of any unauthorized wage increases which may have been made between the date of application and the date of this ruling. It is understood that the approval of this office is based upon the facts stated by you in your application and supporting material. If the wage adjustment hereby approved will be used as a basis for increased charges to the United States Government, such adjustments may not be put into effect without prior approval of the Director of Economic Stabilization.
