\ LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY RESOLUTION Eckdaiil Warehouse 1-700 On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Payne in executing C.L.D. No. 14812-1 dated April 28, 1965, amending C.L.D. No. 14812, identified as Contract Audit 10969, dated April 16, 1964 between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Eckdahl Warehouse Co., a California corporation, covering lease of premises for warehouse and distribution purposes of site at 250 North Myers Street, Los Angeles, California for term beginning April 10, 1964 and extending to and including April 9, 1969, terminable by either party on thirty days written notice, said amendment to include any additional rental required under other provisions of said lease, and also to provide Lessor shall carry fire and extended coverage insurance on the leased premises, which insurance shall be payable to Lessor, Lessee to reimburse Lessor for premiums for such insurance, be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed.
