EXTRACT FROM MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE LOS ANGELES & SALT LAKE RAILROAD CCMPANY, SEPTEMBER 18, 1923. SALE OF LAND BY LAS VEGAS LAND & WATER COMPANY The Chairman submitted a letter addressed to him by President Gray on September 12, 1923, recommending sale by the Las Vegas Land & Water Company to J. G. Laravey of a small unplatted tract of land at Las Vegas, Nevada, for a consideration of f300 cash. Whereupon, on motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that this Company, as stockholder of the Las Vegas Land & Water Company, does hereby assent to the sale of the aforesaid land as above outlined. 9
