\ SIMM m upon the production and delivery to it of a certificate of its said engineer that work has been done to his satisfaction to the value of $___________________________» and 'kk® furfcker sum of> $_____________ upon the production of a like certificate that work to the value of |_____has heen so done; and the further sum of <|______________ upon the production of a like certificate th&t work to the value of i| has heen so done; and the remainder of the said sum of $ within sixty-five days from the completion of said contract and upon the production to the owner of the certificate of said engineer, that said "building has heen in all respects completed in accordance with the contract and to his satisfaction. III. It is hereby further agreed by and between the parties hereto that the specifioations* conditions, and the drawings hereto attached are intended to co-operate so that any work exhibited in the drawings and conditions and not mentioned in the specifications, or vice versa, are to be executed the same as if it were, mentioned in the specifications and set forth in the drawings to the true meaning and intention of the said drawings, conditions and specifications without extra charge whatsoever. IV. The builder shall at his own cost provide all materials and labor, scaffolding, implements, moulds, models and cartage of every description which may be necessary for the proper execution of work included in this contract, according to the true intent and meaning of the drawings and specifications, whether the same may or may not be particularly described therein, and in case of any discrepancy between the drawings and specifications the said engineer Is to decide which shall be followed. V. The owner may at any time during the progress of the said building, make any alterations, deviations, additions, or omissions -2-
