Following a brief discussion, a motion was duly made by Director Thorn, seconded by Director Cornwall, and unanimously approved by the five Directors present, that the Manager be authorized to make main extensions across the strip of sizes smaller than 6-inch when the arrangement of property is such that only one or two customers could be served from the extension.
