“ Notice “
We the undersigned do hereby locate and claim fifteen hundred feet for mining purposes on this Lead Lode as Ledge or Deposit of Silver and gold bearing rock and ore to be known and described as the Lucky [not legible] Mine and running in a easterly direction seven hundred and fifty (750) feet also in a westerly direction seven hundred and fifty (750) feet from the monument upon which this notice is placed on and along said Lead Lode as Ledge as Deposit of Silver and Gold bearing rock and ore on and including three hundred feet on each side thereof for mining and working purposes we claim and intend to hold and work said claim and mining ground in accordance with the mining laws of the United States approved May 10th 1872 and in accordance with the mining Laws of El Dorado mining District Lincoln County State of Nevada said claim is situated about ¾ of one mile South East from the Savage mine works and in a Easterly direction from the Rover Mine works near the El Dorado Wash
