All work hereunder shall be performed to the complete satisfaction of the Vice President of the TTater Company, or his authorized representative, it being distinctly understood, however, that the Water Company shall have no control whatsoever over the methods employed in or the manner of performing any of the work herein provided for. Water Company agrees to furnish without cost to you, all necessary pipe, valves, fittings and material, f.o.b.'cars, Union Pacific Railroad Company1s freight yards, Las Vegas, Nevada; from which point you agree, at your own cost, to unload said pipe, valves, fittings and material from said cars and to haul and distribute same to locations hereinbefore described-.
