Federal Hoses Development Company, Ine. is developing Hyde Park Subdivision #3, La* Vegas, Nevada* and ha* entered Into private contract for construction of water mains and fire hydrant connections at their own expense, upon understanding, subject to executive approval, the Water Company will, pursuant to Nevada Public Service Commission Buie 9, make ooaplete or partial refund of cost of water mains which is agreed to be the sum of $70,100.00. Xn addition Federal Homes Development Company, Inc. proposes to construct at their own expense, under private contract, 240 LF of fir# hydrant connections at an estimated cost of $2,050.00, which amount is not subject to refund but will be capitalised as a donation. Request authority to enter into usual refund Agreement with Federal Homes Development Company, Xnc. Approval of Las Vegas Water District under provisions of Section 13, paragraph (b) of Agreement WC*L.D. 11342 dated Jim# I, 1353, has been obtained. Mr. Bennett sees no legal objection. A.
