Cos, a contractor handling road work in this vicinity, has made application to us for frontage on spur tract to handle Inhound oil shipments. He advises he expects to subcontract the oiling of runway8 at Indian Springs and estimates approximately 6,000 tons of oil will be needed for this Job, in addition to cement and similar contractors supplies. We have some frontage available on the spur tract Immediately North of lease to Walter Bates and he would like to have the 200 feet immediately North of Bates. If you concur, will you kindly arrange for preparation of lease effective April 1 for a period of one year in favor of Lewis H. Cox, an individual, of 113 West Boston Avenue, Las Vegas, Nevada.
