The rights to the use of water developed in the well are first in the Railroad to the extent of 2.5 feet, next in Las Vegas Land and Water Company for municipal purposes to the extent of 2.5 feet, and next in Las Vegas Land & later Company to the extent of 5.52 sec. feet, for irrigation purposes. This is in excess of the amount of water the well produces which was fixed at the time it Game in or shortly afterwards at 8.12 eu.ft. per second.
