PRESENT: Harley A. Hanson, Chairman H. R. Martin, Commissioner A. M. Smith, Commissioner Lee S. Scott, Secretary. O R D E R During the last few months ©any complaints have reach­ed the Commission that utility companies are deviating from their rules and regulations and schedules of rates on file with this Commission; and I T APPEARING that it would be in the public Interest to have each utility again file its rules and regulations and schedules of rates with this Commission. IT IS ORDERED that each electric, gas, water, sewer telephone and telegraph company shall again file its rules and regulations and schedules of rates with the Commission prior to May 1$, 1936. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that nothing herein shall he construed as requiring the Commission to approve any or all rules and regulations and s c h e d u l e s of rates so filed.
