\ RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Payne in executing termination rider C.L.D, No. 1^115-1, terminating as of February 28, 1 9 6 6 , Contract Audit 10895 with Eugene L. Davis and George L. Duty, a partnership dba Davis and Duty, covering a waste water pipeline, at Long Beach, California; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Payne in executing C.L.D. No. 15^28 dated May 19, 1966, lease to Albert E. Carrey, for term January 1, 196 6 , to July 31» 1966, of premises for growing of alfalfa and barley crops only, in City of Industry, California, at rent of $200.00 per month, payable monthly in advance, Lessee to pay all personal property taxes, vacate leased premises on July 31, 1966, restoring surface of ground to condition existing prior to execution of lease; Lessor not liable for loss or damage to crops; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Payne in executing C.L.D. No. 153^1 dated May 18, 1966, Letter of Understanding with Los Angeles County Flood Control District, granting the District permission to place dirt and furnish all supervision, labor, tools, transportation, and all other items required to place said dirt on certain areas of the Land Company, described as Disposal Sites 5 and 6 , in City of Industry, California, dirt to be placed not to exceed 197,000 cubic yards, On motion duly seconded, it was -4-
