Johnson - Las Vegas Herewith copy of First and Second Revised Sheets PSCN #9 covering revision of Rule 8(a) of the Public Service Commission1a Order in I. & S. Docket No. 127, which has been prepared in line with our discussion. In transmitting this to the Commission, J have suggested that If they have the power, they make It effective at an early date although under the present law, unless they can find some emergency reason therefor, the tariff does not become effective until thirty days after it has been filed with the Commission.
