The tract to be developed is | Mayfair No. 2, east and south of [ Mayfair, No. 1, and will include 53 homes, to sell for $8000 each, and multiple units along Charles- | ton Boulevard. The area includes £ the tract between South Six- ; teenth and Seventeenth streets J between Lewis and Charleston, > and 300 feet on the east side of [ Eighteenth' street between Car- > son and Charleston. ?
