Bennett Heferring to my letter of May 28, 1953, File W 23-1-125, Mr. Bennett's letter of June 1, 1953, Ms file 35-15 »ev.» and your letter of June 1, 1953, all relative to request by Mr. Cochran, one of the owner® of proposed Subdivision known as Morning View Heights, Las Vegas, Nevada, that this office write a letter stating that the Las Vegas Land and Mater Company will serve water to his proposed Subdivision, I have, this date, received a request similar to Mr. Cochran's from Heers Brothers and Associates at Las Vegas, Nevada, relative to their Subdivision entitled "Heers Brothers Subdivision Nevada 1" along Uonopah Highway northerly of Bonanza Bo&d, as referred to in my letter of May 26, 1953, File W 23-1-119. I think suggestion contained is second paragraph in your letter to Mr. Bennett of June 1, 1953 la excellent and I will, therefore, withhold letters to Subdividers committing the Water Company to provide water service to proposed Subdivision# until such time as Mr. Bennett has prepared the suggested Fora Letter for use in these oases. After which, the letters will be written and handled with the District for approval before being delivered to the Subdivider, as outlined in your letter.
