Vegas Land and Water Company for the recovery of license tax assessed against said companies by the City under Section 21.124 of the Los Angeles Municipal Code with respect to oil produced from Union Pacific Wells Nos. 20 and 47 and Las Vegas Land and Water Company Well No. 1, located in the Wilmington Oil Field, California. Whereupon, and on motion duly made and seconded, it was unanimously RESOLVED, that the execution and delivery of said waiver on behalf of Las Vegas Land and Water Company be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
