Credit Account Real Estate Sold - Real Estate and Improvements, Las Vegas, Nevada, $843; sale price of land $12,530; creditable to Profit on Sales of Real Estate $11,687. Estimated cost of removal of property retired chargeable to Profit on Sales of Real Estate $124. W.O. 731, issued May 11, 1953, Las Vegas, Nevada; constructing 485 ft. of 4 n cast iron water main in alley, between 13th Street and 14th Street extending from Stewart Avenue to Ogden Avenue to provide adequate water service to private property on both sides of alley. Total estimated expenditure $2130, chargeable to Investment in Water System - Las Vegas, Nevada. A. F. E. No. 9 (W.O. 732), issued May 12, 1953; Las Vegas, Nevada, constructing 790 ft. of 6"cast iron water main and 20 ft. of 6” fire protection lateral for one hydrant to serve area north of Fremont Avenue between 19th Street and 21st Street.
