D* No, 1U73®-1# dated January U, 1965, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and John M. Ferrero, extending to January 31, 1966 lease identified as C, A. No. 10961, covering land for growing crops, in City of Industry, California, rental to continue at $121*.00 per month, payable monthly in advance, Leasee to pay all personal property taxes, subject to termination by either party upon ten (10) days written notice, be and the same Is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed.
