As Plant Manager, Julian should know what he is talking about and provide much of interest to local Rotarians concerning our lively and fast-growing neighbor. * * -; -w -*r NEXT WEEK Rex Bell, popular local business man and Republican nominee for Nevada State Lieutenant Governor, is slated to take over next week's program on the subject: "What the Boy Scouts can do for your boy." Rex is well versed on this subject, being the past president of the Boulder Dam Area Boy Scout Council. * it -x- -x- * -:$• * LAST WEEK Our outgoing and incoming presi-dents took their turn behind the mike to tell of their pleasures and experi-ences at the national convention of Rotary International held in Seattle. Despite the fact that both Wayne and George are both ardent sportsmen, neither caught anything except George, and that was a healthy cold from the effects of the Puget Sound fog. The two prexies did manage to present an interesting and fast-moving program. -x- -x- -x- -x- -x- -x- -is- -x- COMING BACK Our good Rotarian Jack Wood is scheduled to be back with us soon when his cast is removed.
