The meeting w i l l be in the Water Rights Hearing Room on the 11th FIoor of the new o f f i c e b u ild in g . The room number is 1131. A l l persons who are in te re ste d in C a l i f o r n i a p o lic y f o r water conserva­t i o n , reclamation or flo o d control are in v ite d to attend. A caucus of C a l i f o r n i a members of the National Reclamation A sso cia tio n w i l l e le c t o f f i c e r s and review p o lic y fo r the 1964 NRA meeting to be held in Palm Springs, November 10-13. Persons or o rg a n iz a tio n s having r e s o lu t io n s or other ac­tio n s to brin g before the caucus should have them prepared and, i f p o ss ib le ,s h o u ld submit copies to the CRA S e cretary, the NRA D i r e c t o r , or the NRA R esolutions Com­mittee member from C a l i f o r n i a , p r i o r to the meeting. NRA President Hugh Shamberger has appealed to each of the seventeen West­ern S ta tes to a s s is t with NRA*s program to promote a d d itio n a l p r o j e c t s and funds f o r approved p r o j e c t s . C a l i f o r n i a is asked to supply a portion of the approximate­ly $5,000 which NRA has spent on the promotion t h i s year. A more d e ta ile d report of the NRA a c t i v i t y w i l l be presented at the meeting. A ll those planning to attend the 2:00 P.M. CRA meeting are in v ite d to par­t i c i p a t e in a no-host luncheon at the Senator H o te l, Empire Room #2, at 12:30 P.M.
