7 3 ^ '- f ' jrf-lCfc. Oi-flVE ASSISI Mr. W. H. Guild: Your letter June 1st: I show below comparative statement water consumption for September: Comparative Statement Per Capita Water Consumption - Las Vegas September 1942 1941 1942 Gallons Used Estimated Population Daily Per Capita Average Per Day 173,642,500 12,000 482 5,788,083 121,209,400 19,000 213 4,040,313 You will note quite a difference in water consumed per capita in 1942 from that of 1941, even considering the increase in population. This was due to the advertising campaign you had us pdt on in 1942 and the advantage of having a good outside man checking the waste of water. MaY we have your permission to discontinue this monthly report, if it has now served your purpose. W.Hf.J. 0. Ip 1942
