I agree.Los Angeles - September 1, 1953 Mr. L. E. Haag - Las Vegas: (00 - Mr. £. £. Bennett Mr. 0. M. Gory -Las Vegas) You have received copy of Mr, Bennett’s letter to me of August 28th, in which he outlines his views on rebates, etc. in connection with Nevada Public Service Commission's order covering rates on refrigeration equipment, ice making equipment, etc., in Las Vegas: On the assumption that Mr. Bennett is of the opinion that we are required to refund any overcharges made under the previous rate schedules, I go along with the suggestion made in the last paragraph of his letter; namely, ”In view of the fact that there are Just a few of such accounts, as X understand it, possibly a check should be made of the facilities they now have to see what rates they should pay under the tariff effective May 1, 1953." This should not Involve an amount of work which would require the substantial addition to your staff referred to in your letter of August 2^th and covered by my reply of August 26, 1953® /a/ Wrn.
