Bitter, I have preparedasd ^transmit herewith duplicate originals and two extra copies of proposed Assignment "NL.D. 2271, between the LAS VEGAS LAND ABB HATER COMPANY and F.F, GABSIBE and A.E. CABLAH, a co-partnership, assigning to A.E. CAHLAN an option to purchase the 100 foot parcel fronting on Main Street in Las Vegas, Nevada, and covered by Audit No. IOM16. I also enclose herewith five copies of deed, drawn in the name of A.E.CASLAN and covering the above mentioned 1001 parcel of land. If said Assignment and Deed meet with your approval, will you kindly approve as to form and transmit to Mr. Ritter for further handling, I also enclose herewith extra copy of Assign­ment for your files. BRYAN * Said Assignment may be executed by the President and Secretary or the Vice President and Assistant Secretary of the Hater Company with the consent of the Executive Comittee. The Deed may be executed on behalf of the Hater Company by the President, or a Vice President in accordance with Mr. Stoddard's letter of April 1st, 19^9, to Mr. Seitz, and the Secretary or As­sistant Secretary should attest the same and affix the corporate seal. To entitle it to be recorded, the original should be acknow­ledged before a Notary public in the form of acknowledgement attached.
