I wrote you August 21st, authorizing you to Increase rates of pay of 1 idging hou^e employes as recommended in your letter of July 29th, hut instructing you not to increase room rental rate and on August 22nd I wrote you to make no change in rate of rental on company Cottages. The increase for lodging house employes should he made effective August first. Am wiring you as above for fear you did not receive ray tel-R- letters. Ross Clark.
