I u n d e r s t a n d the drag line is n o w located at Lovell a n d will soon h e moved to Las Vegas for use on the work order covering installation of 16-inch i r o n line from Tonopah h i g h w a y to Ogden Street. In order to a v o i d the possibility of a law suit I w o u l d r e c o m m e n d this d r a g line be promptly m o v e d to Las Vegas and started on the w o r k of c l e a r i n g this ditch. The land from the reservoir spillway to N o r t h Main Street is owned by the R a i l r o a d Company; that from n o r t h Main Street to the 4-inch weir is owned b y the Water Company, and therefore the latter portion of the w o r k w o u l d be charged to the Water Company.
