Settling Basiii at new well, Las Vegas File 20-6-4 Los Angeles, October 27, 1924 Mr. F, H. Knickerbocker: Your letter of October 22nd having reference to construction of settling basin at new well, Las Vegas. It was not anticipated that a settling basin would be required, nor do I believe it can be looked upon as an oversight. Other wells brought in at Las Vegas have given no trouble in this line.
