Simpson, covering permission to use for agri­cultural purposes only certain land of this company, located in Tract No. 7207, near East Los Angeles, California; rental for the extended term $35.00, payable on or before June 30, 1942; subject to revocation by this company upon thirty days * written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ed and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was ratified, approv- RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing letter-agreement, C. L. D. No. 3797, dated Sep-tember 17, 1941, addressed to McNeil Construction Co., cover­ing the construction by it of a 30f x 150 f wood frame plat­form and canopy and the laying of approximately 11,850 square feet of 3H asphaltic concrete paving and approximately 700 square feet of 6" concrete driveway, sidewalk and curb, on property of this company fronting on East Fifth Street, be­tween Mission Road and Anderson Street, Los Angeles, Calif­ornia; consideration $7,783.00; be, and the same is hereby, - 3
