\ On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President T.E.Hammill in executing letter agreement C.L.D. No. 15945, dated January 10, 1968 with Grinnell Company of the Pacific, covering proposal to furnish all labor, material, tools, equipment, supervision and all other items required to install Grinnell automatic sprinklers at Land Company's warehouse, 3385 Leonis Boulevard, Vernon, Los Angeles County, California, work to be performed to satisfaction of Land Company for the lump sum of $19,104.00, agreement effective as of December 28, 1967 and work to be completed within sixty (60) days; be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President T.E.Hammill in executing letter agreement C.L.D. No. 15941 dated January 5, 1968 with Dumarc Corporation, covering proposal to furnish all supervision, labor, tools, machinery, equipment, apparatus, appli­ances, transportation for and means of construction to effect repairs to wooden dock at Land Company's warehouse at 3385 Leonis Boulevard, Vernon, Los Angeles County, California, work to be per­formed to satisfaction of Land Company for the lump sum of $1,260.00, agreement effective as of December 26, 1967 and work to be completed within thirty (30) days; be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed. -5-
