(2) All of the Certificates of Appropriation issued by the State Engineer of Nevada authorizing the Las Vegas Land and Water Company to appropriate water for municipal and domestic or for irrigation and domestic use referred to on the list hereto attached, marked Exhibit “E-E11 and made a part hereof.
