Williams Commissioner Alfred M. Smith Secretary Lee S, Scott FURTHER SUSPENSION ORDER AND NOTICE OF HEARING IT APPEARING That under the date of February 19, 1951, the Commission suspended for a period of sixty c{60) days from and after February 26, 1951, the application of original sheets P. S. C. N. Nos. 1 to 12, inclusive, as filed by the Las Vegas Land and Water Company, to become effective February 26, 1951j and IT NOW APPEARING The Commission is unable to complete its investigation and hearing within the said period of suspension, IT IS ORDERED That pursuant to Section 6137, Nevada Compiled Laws, 1929, as amended, insofar as original sheets, P. S, C, N, Nos, 1 to 12, inclusive, seek to change the existing Rules, Regulations, and Rates of the Las Vegas Land and Water Company be, and the same are hereby, suspended for an additional period of sixty (60) days from and after April 27, 1951, and during said period of suspension no change shall be made in the existing Rules, Regulations, and Rates of the Las Vegas Land and Water Companyj and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED That a further hearing be held, com­mencing at 10 o’clock A.M., June 5, 1951, in the City Hall, Las Vegas, Nevada, when and where every interested party may appear and be heard.
