Pipe All pipe shall conform to the sizes shown on the plan. Vitrified clay pipe, standard strength, shall conform to the A.S.T.M. Spec. C-13. Extra strength shall conform to the A.S.T.M. C-200. If glazed, the inside bell and outside spigot shall be scored in three parallel lines extending completely around the circumference. VIII. Concrete Work A. Water shall be clean and free from oil, acids, salt or other injurious substances. B. All cement shall be Portland and shall conform to the A.S.T.M. requirements C-150 Type I. O. Sand shall be such that not less than 85< shall pass through a 1/4 inch sieve, not more than 30^ through a 50-meeh Adeve.; and not more than 5 % through a 100-mesh sieve. P. Gravel shall be graded between a 1/4 inch ring and one-inch ring. Bank or crusher run will not be permitted unless authorized by City Inspector. 6
