I agree.MUamJ' f 607 North Tulane Liberal, Kansas Feb. 12, 1957 The Sands Hotel Office of the Manager Las Vegas, Nevada Dear Sirs: f,ESA IN THE USAn is the theme being used for the Kansas State Convention, of Epsilon Sigma Alpha International Sorority, at Garden City, Kansas, in April, 1957. Our chapter, Epsilon. Upsilon, of Liberal, Kansas is hostess to the opening event, a mixer for the whole convention. We feel fortunate in having our event as one of the more out- standing parties of the convention, and placed at a time when enthusiasm is still high. We have chosen to portray Las Vegas in theconvention as the favorite and most colorful spot in the United States. But?╟÷in order to carry out the theme of LAS VEGAS, we will need HELP*. And we know that you will want your hotel to be represented along with the other hotels and clubs in Las Vegas. As a favor to us, may we ask you for any advertising items that you may have? Such as cocktail stirrers, post cards match books, place mats, soap, or posters, advertising THE SANDS HOTEL. There will be around 300-400 persons attending the convention. I am sure any advertising you may see fit to send us will not be wasted. While we are gaining material for our mixer party you will be gaining valuable advertising all over the state of Kansas.
