The results will be used to complete the end of year report and develop chapter goals for next year.Copies of the 2000 chapter goals were distributed in February and sorors were asked to let me know when they held an event that addressed any of our goals.     CHAPTER MEETING
    March 4, 2000
    One of the strategies for reaching our goals this year was to hold biannual
    reviews of progress in March and September. To date, the
    following activities have taken place.
    Goal #1 - distinguishing between long and short range goals
    ■ Brainstorming activity at the Chapter Operations Workshop to
    develop long (next five years) and short (this year) goals
    ■ Goals are printed on each month’s meeting agenda
    ■ Goals were distributed to all sorors at the February Chapter
    meeting
    Goal #2 - enhancing sisterly relations between graduate and
    undergraduate sorors
    ■ Mentors were assigned for the year 2000
    ■ Two Kappa Xi members attended the Chapter Operations
    Workshop
    ■ Five Theta Theta Omega members attended Kappa Xi’s
    spring rush
    ■ Members of Kappa Xi attended the Founders’ Day luncheon
    Goal #3 - Keep community and chapter informed of sorors volunteer
    hours
    ■ Sheets were distributed for sorors to keep records of
    volunteer hours
    ■ The names of sorors and the number of volunteer hours
    reported to the Regional Director were submitted for inclusion
    in the March Tea Rose Talk

    CHAPTER MEETING
    February 12,2000
    The year 2000 goals and objectives for Theta Theta Omega were
    distributed to each soror. Sorors were also given a copy of long and
    short range goals that were formulated during the January 22, 2000
    Chapter Operations Workshop.
    Sorors were asked to please let Soror Jacki Brown know when they
    hold events or activities that meet one of the chapters goals so that
    these can be recorded and reported to the chapter.
    The names of sorors and the number of volunteer hours that were
    reported to the Regional Director were given to Soror Marian for
    inclusion in the March newsletter.
