Maag - Las Vegas - With copy of list to each / As requested in your letter of March 18* 195^» file 80—11, I hare collaborated with Mr. Maag and am attaching list of documents which will, in my opinion, he required under Exhibit 0 of Agreement with Water District. Please note that Pages 1 through 10 of the attached list covers easements granted to the Water Company: that Page 11 contains easements that were reserved by the Water Company in conveyances to outside parties; that Page 12 lists the quitclaims of water systems and the assignments of pipe line permits to the Water Company. for your information, license referred to in Mr. Maag’s letter of March 25th, "N"L.D. 2?22, Audit No. 10696, is also carried as Contract Audit No. A-73080.
