Chambers Right of way Agent State of Nevada Department of Highways Carson City, Nevada I am submitting herewith original copy of letter from Lawrence G, Chambers, Bight of way Agent for Nevada Department of Highways, dated July 10, 1953 together with original and one copy of proposed Agreement 01>O3 with W o maps attached. I have reviewed the pipe line provisions in the agreement and while I am unable to check the engineering stationing mentioned in the agreement, the location abd size of pipe lines shown on map appears to be satisfactory.
