    Mr. Wm. Reinhardt April 30, 1953 length of time, which has resulted in a wastage of water from this spring. While the amount of water flowing from this spring Is not very large, I think it would be advisable that the Railroad Company take steps to Install a chlorinator at this spring at the earliest possible moment.
