Petersen covering water mains to serve Block 1 £1 Centro Addition, Las Vegas,Nevada. Herewith duplicate originals of Supplemental Agrement NLD 2401-1 dated November 3, 1951 which has been signed by Mr. Petersen and I recommend execution by you upon behalf of the Water Company.
