On motion duly seconded, it was unanimously Resolved, That the action of Vice-President Knickerbocker and Secretary in executing and delivering lease dated Bovember 1, 1932 from this company to Pillion H. Morrison and Q. Olios Morrison, covering Lot 3, Slock 2, Clark's Las Vegas Towns!te, Lae Vegas, Bovada, for battery shop location, term of five years ending October 31, 1937, monthly rental #15.00, bo, and the came ie hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
