On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Guild and Asst. Secretary Bachman in executing L.S. Deed Audit No. 4-935> dated March 11, 1948, conveying to Walter S. Olsen, a married man, Grantee, Lot 4, Block 2, Tract 234-8, Yermo, Calif., subject to: 1 - General and special taxes for the fiscal year 1948-194-9, including any special district levies; 2 - Conditions, restrictions, reservations, ease­ments and encumbrances of record; 3 - An easement for highway purposes across the northerly twenty feet of said lot as granted to the State of California; 4 - An unrecorded easement for a power transmission line across the rear of said lot granted to Southern Sierras Power Company; excepting and reserving unto LVL&WCo, all minerals and all mineral rights, including oil and gas and rights thereto, without right of - 2-
