On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing lease agreement N.L.D. No. 1684, dated August 1, 1946, with Bert Webb, Lessee, covering portion of Lot 1, Block 2, Clark's Las Vegas Townsite, together with building located there­on, Las Vegas, Nevada, for term beginning August 1, 1946, and ex­tending to July 31, 1948; rental $40 per month, payable in ad­vance; subject to termination on 30 days' written notice by either party; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, aporoved and con­firmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Guild and Asst. Secretary Bachman in executing L.S. Deed Audit No. 4-935> dated March 11, 1948, conveying to Walter S. Olsen, a married man, Grantee, Lot 4, Block 2, Tract 234-8, Yermo, Calif., subject to: 1 - General and special taxes for the fiscal year 1948-194-9, including any special district levies; 2 - Conditions, restrictions, reservations, ease­ments and encumbrances of record; 3 - An easement for highway purposes across the northerly twenty feet of said lot as granted to the State of California; 4 - An unrecorded easement for a power transmission line across the rear of said lot granted to Southern Sierras Power Company; excepting and reserving unto LVL&WCo, all minerals and all mineral rights, including oil and gas and rights thereto, without right of - 2-
