Bailey in approving the aforementioned Work Order Authority, be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed. The following Work Order Authority approved by the President, was submitted for ratification: Work Order No. 60, Authority for Expenditure No. 5, issued September 26, 1968 to cover acquisition of approximately 60.6 acres of land at Riverside, California; required to provide land for future development of industrial sites at this location; the Union Pacific Railroad Company Executive Committee approved this expenditure September 26, 1968. Total estimated expenditure $909,000 Estimated cost of additional property chargeable to Land and Public Improvements, Riverside, California $909,000 Appropriated for expenditure during calendar year 1968 $909,000 Whereuoon, on motion duly made and seconded, it was unanimously RESOLVED, that the action of President E.
