Thereupon, it appearing to the Board that J. F. Hesse has received a majority of all votes cast for the office of Mayor of the City of Las Vegas, be it THEREFORE RESOLVED, on motion of Commissioner O. J. Smith, seconded by Commissioner W. B. Mundy, that the said J. F. Hesse be and he is hereby declared to be the duly elected Mayor of the City of Las Vegas for the ensu- four years, and be it further RESOLVED that the city clerk be and he is hereby directed to issue a certificate of election to the said J. F. Hesse. Voting on said Resolution, Commissioners O. J. Smith, W. B. Mundy, W. C. German, and Roy Neagle, Aye. Noes, none. It appearing to the Board that O. J. Smith has received the majority of all votes case for the office of Commissioner of the First Class of the City of Las Vegas, be it THEREFORE RESOLVED on motion of Commissioner Mundy, seconded by Commissioner W.
