Dear Sir: Referring to our conversation today and understanding that you desire a statement to the effect that the lots which you are now offeringfor sale at Las Vegas, Nevada, are all included in the original "Clark'sLas Vegas Townsite": You are at liberty to show this letter eo any one making any inquiry relative to this matter. This Company has sold to you all ofthe lots in the "Clark's Las Vegas Townsite" which were not sold at auctionor private sale and remailed unsold on May 20th, 1905, comprising in all 456 lots. In addition to this I understand that you or your Company purchasedat the auction sale some 50 lots. Very respectfully, Las Vegas Land and Water Company By (Signed) H. I.
