In submitting to WCP we stated that it was not to be construed as a request for authority to proceed with the work at this time. , As the Water District and R.R. and LVL&W are now in accord as to terms of proposed sale of water facilities at Las Vegas to the District and final agreement is now being drawn up, is it still Mr. Reinhardtfs intention to hold up this project until final agreement is executed and then secure separate letter from the District approving this pipe line project and agreeing to reimburse the LVL&W Co. for any expense incurred making the installation.
