Reinhardt: Referring to your letter December 4th and subse­quent correspondence in the matter of changing the corpo­rate set-up of water producing and distribution facilities in Las Vegas: peared in the Las Vegas Sun on May 24th and 29th, copies of which are attached for convenient reference, indicating the intention of submitting to a vote next fall the ques­tion of a bond issue to finance purchase of the existing facilities of the Las Vegas water system and construction of a pipe line between Henderson and Las Vegas to bring water from Lake Mead. of 'the Las Vegas Valley Water District acquiring the water system at Las Vegas in the reasonably near future, perhaps we should hold in abeyance the matter of change in the corporate set-up of the water producing and distribution facilities in Las Vegas.
