Knickerbocker: In compliance with your letter of Marcif 7th, supplemented by your schedule of March 19th, you* will find attached six copies of draft of proposed contract in the form that will be approved by the Public Service eommission, thereby relieving the Railroad of any possibility hereafter of being deemed a public utility, or subject to the rules, regulations, etc. of the Public Service Commission of Nevada.
