a 5 has Vegas - January 7 * 19 ^ 9 Mr* A. 0. Bitter: Supplementing ay letters December 13th and December. 22nd regarding easement requested by Telephone Company in connection with the Charleston Boulevard Underpass: In looking the situation over on the ground yesterday with Assistant Engineer Haag, Superintendent Wilson of the Power Company and Mr. Monahan of the State Highway Department, a new route was suggested as outlined on the attached print. However, because of the possibility of future changes in connection with the overpass construction, it was decided to install the relocated line on poles Instead of underground cable. Please also note a slight change in the detour route, which was made to avoid the necessity of demolishing the concrete building being used at this time by the Contractor, Olof Nelson. A. M. Folger
